Thank you for your interest in Xceed Preparatory Academy. We realize that for many families, the search for the right school can be challenging. It is our hope and expectation that you’ll find in Xceed the answers that you – and your child – have been looking for.
We would be delighted to walk with you through our 4-step application and enrollment process. Please take a moment to read through this brief overview.
Step 1: Apply to Xceed
Step 2: Submit Documents
Please be prepared to upload the following documents to the Online Application:
- Birth Certificate
- Most Recent Report Cards (1-2 years) and/or High School Course Transcript
- Most Recent Standardized Test Results
- State of Florida School Health Entry Exam Form
- State of Florida Immunization Form
- Student Assessment, if applicable
If submitting transcripts from a school outside of the United States, additional instructions and fees are required. Please contact Admissions for details at 954-803-1230 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3: Admission Committee Review
Once all of the above steps are complete, applications are presented to the Admissions Committee. Decisions are communicated within 2 business days.
Step 4: Meet with the Head of School
Families meet with the Head of School to create a Personalized Learning Plan. During this meeting academic goals are discussed, courses are selected, and a schedule is created.
